Are these characters set in stone for our pitch?

This post is directed at Amazon Studios... in wanting to pitch the Open Writing Assignment for the $33K Facebook Friend gig, being that you really like the script, should we stick with these characters?

For example, should we keep the same names?
Can the minor character stereotypes change?
How much can I tweek the prime story?
Can I change the script's title?

Just trying to get some broad-sketch outline ideas as to how close to keep it to the current scripts that are online for this Open Writing Assignment of "I Think My Facebook Friend is Dead."
