How can anyone say it reminds them of Groundhog day?

I saw a comment comparing this script to the movie Groundhog Day, starring Bill Murray.

Personally, I see no such connection. In Groundhog Day, Murray would live the exact same day (February 2nd, the titular day) again and again. Yea, he died a couple of times, but he wouldn't die every day!

Edward, as far as I understand from what I read so far, lives completely normal and different days - he just dies at the end of each of them.

Is there a connection that I am missing?

Truth be told, we were a bit perplexed too by the comparison between Dead Again and Groundhog Day.

Well, as in most projects here in Amazon, many people just read the pilot episodes and not the mini-bibles, so it would be an understandable misunderstanding.

I personally find somewhat counter-intuitive the fact that the pilot episode download button and the mini bible download button aren't clearly marked and on the same page in each project's page.
