Oh Romeo, Where The Heck Are You?

Kind of undermines Romeo and Juliet's relationship though, doesn't it? I mean if Juliet was Mrs. Right, why do we care about Mrs. Wrong? And if in fact Juliet wasn't Mrs. Right as the tale goes, and Rosaline is in fact her, the whole R & J true love story was a sham. What is "true love" anyway? If you can get by those questions satisfactorily, or maybe even use it somehow as a plot device, I might be further interested. In any case, an original idea. Relationships are not always what they appear to be. I like it enough to give you feedback here (aren't I so wonderful? LOL!) ...but hopefully it helps in one way or another... I agree that there are only a select amount of people who would even care about Rosaline's story. though i do believe that it would be interesting to see if Rosaline, was ever jealous of Juliet. Like how she is meaning to teach Romeo a lesson by breaking his heart, she could get mad that her plan failed and jealous of Juliet. Maybe she could have tipped off Juliet's family about their relationship, helping to cause the strife. It could definitly be a good movie if executed correctly.

I wanted to note that i saw a young adult book about rosalines story. I figured that i would mention it incase you anted to refer to it. The title is Rosalines Story i believe.
