Is June 2011 the LAST AMAZON contest month?

Does any one know?

Also if it all ends in June are the 18 month soft option void?

Sorry, just need to gauge my next move... answers would help me determine my involvement I put into the remaining days.

I want to learn as much as I can here.
If that means scraping the work I've begun on a test film and concentrate on just the writing then knowing it's over in June would help.

It's funny I was going to do a shout out for the idea but it sounded like you were the one posing the question.


I'm adding some verbs and words I took out of DOAD. I took a gamble and paid for it. LEAN is an Art. I know the next reincarnation will rise.


So are we going to see another Script from you, or you just sticking with FP?


If every thing id shutting down in the next few months I might push out another and get some reviews in while I have the resource at my finger tips. The question then would be: High Concept and Low Budget?

Well I am guessing here, but considering that we are approaching June the half way point and no new contests have been announced yet, I am getting the feeling big changes are on the horizon. I don't think AS is wrapping up shop, but more of a reboot of things. The way I see it, people keep saying change the development agreement to be less time, but legally if they make changes to the agreement by default the original agreement would be null and void and therefore AS would be forced to allow people to remove their work if they want. So if big changes are coming this might be one thing they are planning and as a result new contests etc. As I said this is purely a guess.
