We're proud to present our latest round of contest semifinalists, all strong representatives of the Amazon Studios development process. Winners will be announced on June 27, with the best test movie getting $100,000, the best dialogue track getting $10,000, the best script getting $20,000, and the best comedy script getting $20,000.
The comedy award, featuring guest judge Ivan Reitman (Ghostbusters, No Strings Attached) is our first specialty script contest, but not our last. You have until June 30 to enter our sci-fi/action script contest, featuring guest judge J. Michael Straczynski (Babylon 5, Thor).

Congratulation to All Semifinalists!
Congratulations! Good luck moving to the Finals!
What form will the finals take?
5 to Mr Reitman and 5 to Ms Clark? Or will it be split 2 to 3 or maybe 3 to 3?
Or has that not been decided yet?
Congrats to my fellow semi-finalists. If I don't win I hope you do.
My guess would be 3 comedy, 5 best script - and there might be a script or two that makes both.
All the best to the semifinalists!
Congrats to all the semifinalists!
Looks like the competition for best comedy script is going to be brutal.
Good luck everyone!
Congrats to all of the semifinalists! Great job guys and gals! :)
Congrats to all! Best of luck.
Great job, all! Richard, damn... three scripts in the semis!
Ryu, yeah, it's kind of like, spooky, y'know? Don't jinx it... No wait, isn't that the front-runner for comedy this month? I shouldn't mention that, or walk on cracks, or change my socks 'til next week (if I wore socks), or have my uniform cleaned. Straight and narrow, y'know?
Richard!
3 up on the semis?
I want to have your children!!
No, wait a minute, I already have kids. And I'm a guy. And genius doesn't rub off, after all.
Sorry. I get so feverish in the presence of accolades.
And what the ^%$#@ is the matter with PAPERBACK WRITER, anyway? Those bastids!

And best to you and GLACIER, Carl.
Here's to climate change melting the Alaskan tundra so the cinematic appeal of your ice monster stands out...for all to enjoy.
