The storyboard animation version kept my interest to the end. However, I thought the third act was a bit predictable. The live action scenes from the trailers have a low budget look & feel. That would be fine if the acting was better.

Its a strong story with potential. But, I have to agree with Pamela. If the intent is to release the production as demonstrated in the trailers, I would seriously re-consider the project.

Honestly, I would not move forward in a film format- definitely not with live actors.
The blue on black and white is quite effective and film noire"ish"
I think this could be quite lucrative as a series- either tv show or graphic novel.
Keep the voice of Blue- she is perfect.

The story is fantastic! I really can't wait for this one to hit the big screen.

I'll second this. The story board style animation is actually a neat touch, and let us focus on the dialog a bit more than usual. And the story is a good story.

Just watched movie, then watched trailer for first draft. Really wasn't feeling it from the actors in the live action trailer; whereas the full version, though simplistic in animation, made me laugh, cry, and thoroughly enjoy it. I really got emotionally involved in watching this picture. Can't wait to see it in theatres!
