Having trouble submitting proposal

Hi my Name is Caleb,

Ive been trying to submit a a proposal in the form of a pdf and its taking a wile to upload. I figured it wasnt working so i put in a word file whitch was smaller on meg size.

But even the word file is taking a wile to upload and its only 753kb and my internet connection isnt the problem. is it normal for it to take a wile to upload? as i type this my submition is still uploading.

Any tips?

The same thing happened to me, I had to re-convert my file from a JPEG instead of converting it from a photoshop file (I used pdflite to do the conversion). I also had to resize until it was small enough to upload in less than an hour. I hope you got it working! I'm very curious about other artists going for this project :) Good luck!

AS servers have been known to choke if you submit close to the deadline. They've extended the due date once before for a test movie monthly after enough people reported tech difficulties.

If you're still experiencing problems you should definitely send them a message. Look for the tiny "contact us" link at the bottom of any site page.

thanks guys it did manage to send after a wile haha mabey it was the choking thing like rik V said. The only diffrence was the timing I re sent it.
