Synopsis:
Julie, a Journalism Major, overwhelmed by school and working nights, finds the perfect subject for the semester's project, to make a documentary.
After reading a police file, meant for her new found love, Ryan, a Police Detective, she convinces her teammates there is a link between two execution type murders, something the police seem to ignore. The quest to find the motive puts their lives in danger.
Returning home from interviewing the Employer of one of the murdered men the Team is run off the road, killing one member and seriously injuring the other two.
Digging further reveals a conspiracy between the owner of a voting machine manufacturing company and a Third Party candidate to rig the up coming election. Julie discovers a hidden computer program designed to alter the results of the vote counts.
Ryan has her arrested for interferring with a police investigation, after she learns he is playing both sides. Stubbornly pushing on, despite being fitted with an ankle monitor, Julie continues her expose'.
Unsuccessful with getting a network to accept her documentary and feeling the need to go public before Election Day, she begins running her documentary in the internet. The final push by the Antagonists comes when she refuses to accept a bribe for not putting the remaining segments of her film on Youtube. The Assassin is called in, to put an end to her meddling.
