Synopsis: Biochemical attacks across America by a homegrown terrorist named Dr. Shepherd send the JTTF into overdrive.

Dr. Shepherd has become a leader to a group of people, his lambs, under the guise of a “back to earth” slogan and the leading of a simpler life. He has perfected the first computer programmable deadly virus. Dr. Shepherd, once a famed government researcher in nanotechnology, implants a computer chip that releases a customized killer virus. The JTTF is called upon to end Dr. Shepherd’s reign of terror by rounding up his “lambs” and trying to capture The Bloody Shepherd.

As the chase begins and the body count climbs, the JTTF fear they may have a follower on their staff and the true reason for Dr. Shepherd’s carnage is revealed as our military leaders come face to face with death.

How many followers are out there and are the reasons given by Dr. Shepherd for the massacres true or is something more sinister behind his actions?
