    Tweenagers is loosely based on my cousin and his group of friends in Brooklyn. I visited New York a few times in the summer when I was a kid. I'm from the south, and was amazed at how well my cousin and his multicultural group got along. At the time the Hip Hop genre was just taking off, and he and his friends where always trying to emulate the older kids by break dancing and creating rap songs.

    Creative Notes:
    First let me say that Tweenagers is a kid's show, so my apologies for checking the wrong box. I felt it was necessary to create a short (actually a mini short) for this project to sort of give a visual of the characters and their personalities.
    Logline:
    Aw man! Hustlaman ripped us off, so let's open our own store, put him outta business, and get paid!
