My moral of this story is to make aware that things are not really what you see on the outside or the inside and make sure it is real not just a dream.

THE HAUNTINGS OF PALM LAKES VILLAGE
WRITTEN BY: Teresa A. Valdes & Linda Valdes

This is a story about a family’s grandparents living in an old run down senior citizen facility somewhere in the state of Florida where the place is haunted.

In the grandparents eyes they see Palm Lakes Village as a modern up-to-date facility with all pretty trees, freshly cut grass and nicely built homes whereas in reality this place is old, run down and unkempt with all the buildings falling apart inside and out.

As the Turner’s family see the truth about the Palm Lakes Village all it will take is for one of the grandparents to let the other one made aware of its true meaning of the place in reality.

In September 1982, on a tight budget & time frame, the Spirits Construction Company starts planning to build a new senior citizen community place without knowing the history behind the lands. The history is an old 1952 church’s ground that was torn down along with the old grave markers...

.. the surveyor notices an old stone in the woods and he finds an old rock with writing on it stating, “He who shall build on this land shall perish in 3 days”....

...As Charlie stepped out of the shower, he slipped on his floor, and as he fell down, he hit his head on his bathroom sink, cracking his skull open with oozing blood. Then his glass bathroom ceiling shattered apart with pieces of broken glass falling into his body cutting his torso in half.

... “George, George, my dear”, as Marion calls out to her husband,“I finally found our new home to be”! On the site, it shows Palms Lake Village to be unkempt on the outside,...

Marion and George Turner could not resist the affordable price offer at $109,066 with a low mortgage rate and reasonable monthly payment that includes utilities such as cable, electric and moving expenses. Their payment after taxes, is $666.00 a month.

...When their son Scott Turner, 46 and his wife Lauren, 39, heard the news about Palms Lake Village, they decided to do some research on their own....

While driving down to Florida, the Turner family noticed that Sunnyville, Florida seemed like a ghost town. The whole area of Sunnyville had old buildings, gas stations, grocery stores and restaurants that were emptied. Strangely, they noticed that there were NO people around....

...Ashley 8, and Justin 14, decided to walk around Palms Lake Village. As the kids were walking around, they both noticed an awful smell like rotting flesh. The smell was coming from an empty embankment filled with several dead deer and flamingo birds. Then, Justin hesitated and heard a dog whimpering. He turned around and saw the dog and it ’s appearance was shocking to Justin. The dog was big ,brown, mixed bread, with only half a body; with the other half all open with holes showing the dogs internal organs, yet the dog was still alive. Justin and Ashley were frightened on what they saw and ran to tell their parents.

Back at the realtor’s office, the grandparents just finished signing the lease and were given a three day check list to be returned to the realtor’s office no later than 3:30 in the afternoon. As the adults were checking out their new home, 1966 Skeleton Road,...

As Scott and Lauren were driving out of the development, Scott felt a strange sensation over him. He looked in his rear view mirror, and he saw a demon like creature with a severely burnt face, rotting teeth and red eyes staring at him. It muttered, “3 days”...

When entering into the diner, they noticed that it had the combination appearance of the 70‘s and 80‘s interior with wait staff and cooks dressed in the 60‘s attire. Justin and Ashley thought the place was really cool with the old pinball machines and old fashioned juke box with the 60‘s to 80‘s music.

Scott noticed on the menu that all the prices for the entrees or appetizers were $6.66 or $19.66. After a satisfying meal, it was time for the Turner’s to leave back home. Scott was walking back...

Meanwhile, Scott’s parents are settling into their new place. Marion hears voices, thinking it is her grandchildren in her yard. She sees 3 kids dressed in catholic school uniforms jumping rope and playing. When Marion took a closer look at the 3 kids, they were...

...clubhouse interior looked like an old bar saloon with tables and chairs all around. Yet, they see the modern up-to-date technology electronics: a 42 inch flat TV screen over the bar. The few people who were in the clubhouse were playing canasta. Marion was walking around the bar and was looking at all the old pictures on the wall. DAY 3 of 3:

Meanwhile, back in Florida, Marion is driving endlessly searching for the St. Lost Souls Hospital. She asks neighbors for directions yet they all said the same thing to her, “They found him, now leave”....

...Looking closely you see the whole modern family in the 1960’s picture. Ashley was not surprised. She sees her friend Lucy. The ladies talk about reincarnation...

In the year 1952, there was an old Catholic church that was burnt down by several satanic people. Their rituals ground is where Palms Lake Village is today. They left the land cursed over the triangle shaped area. As a result, the grandfather of the Turner family is a descendent of a man named Lucifer, who died March 3, 1966.

Entering the left wing of the hospital, the family saw George laying on a devils pentacle on the floor. He was about to get his soul delivered to the devil because George Turner was the last descendent of Lucifer....

Back in upstate New York, Marion was at her desk sleeping. She fell asleep searching online looking for a new place to live in Florida for George and Marion to retire to in a few months. As her eyes focused from her sleep, she started to type on the computer screen. She types in the web search line: Palms Lake Village-Sunnyville, Florida. The reply on the computer says “no search found.” . . .
