Project collaboration: By Permission
Synopsis: NOTE: This is intended as a LIVE ACTION special effects film.

Twelve year old Brian and his family move into an old, reputedly haunted Victorian mansion on a remote, fifteen acre property. Brian is the only one who sees the three ghost kids, who call themselves the "G-Squad." The ghosts are mischievious twelve year old Peter, beautiful ten year old Nancy, and playful five year old Molly. One hundred years earlier, there was a gas accident that killed the three kids and sickened their parents. Although the parents recovered, they did not attend the funeral of the kids, who were buried in a small, on-site family plot. The parents also never returned to the house to visit the graves of their children. The children angrily feel they were abandoned by their parents and as a result, they hate all adults. They also hate teenagers, who they consider to be "adults in training." Their club, the "G-Squad," is limited to preteen kids. They are almost like Peter Pan and the lost boys, in that they are eternal preteen children who will never grow up. They are attracted to young Brian, and become good friends with him. But then the "G-Squad" decides that they like Brian so much that he should join their club forever, which requires him to die and become a ghost. Brian must somehow make it to his thirteenth birthday safely, because the "G-Squad" membership is limited to preteens.
