Synopsis:Francis is living with his family in happiness beside the San Francisco bay. California State is subject to insufficient water. This danger spreads to all America and the whole world. One day the water of San Francisco Bay subsides so unbelievably. This subsiding does not occur only in the bay. It changes into a global calamity. The waters of the whole world begin to subside. Francis decides to go to the ocean by bicycle to find the origin of the deadly disaster to prevent the death of his mother and to make hopeful her sister who was about to get hitched. Father stays at home and Francis rides his bicycle towards the ocean. Francis did not think to see such a scene until the end of his life. He sees the ocean void of water and fish.
Francis loses his bicycle on his way. Then he reaches the origin of the calamity in a miraculous way. He goes on the brink of death to be able to do something.
