Synopsis:
The small town of Burlet is an odd place, filled with quirky people and secrets. Kiether Mckidd, a unstable teenager, has gone psycho, terrorizing the town with his killing spree. Meanwhile, Tara Macnamara, has imprisoned a fellow student in order to keep him from revealing her dark secret. She uses the panic instilled by Kiether Mckidd to proceed with her own plan.
