Two Vampire Slayers - Amanda VanHelsing and Ravenwood are on the trail of a Vampire. Their trek takes them to a water treatment plant outside the a small North Carolina town. After a fierce battle, the Vampire Fabian is killed and Amanda is wounded, leaving Ravenwood arrested. After the battle, unknowingly Fabian's blood is released into the towns water supply, contaminating it. The Town's people begin to consume the water.
Amanda in admitted to the hospital to recoup from her battle. Amanda Reaches out to Father Cameron Shaw from CATHEDRAL - the organization that finances their crusade. She lets him know what her status. Father Shaw lets her know that he will be waiting to hear from her. Ravenwood is under lock and key in the town jail. While back at the water plant, The Sheriff Gabriel and his force attempt to secure the area when they encounter Vampires which take out his men. After a intense chase sequence the Sheriff is killed and the Vampire was able to escape, leaving Deputy Stephen Whitney to figure out where to go next. He takes Ravenwood and try to find the missing Vampire.
Ravenwood and Steven find the Vampire and also battle some towns people that have been turned saving Steven's sister Lacy who is dating the Doctor attending to Amanda at the hospital. However, Dr. Nathan and Amanda have problems of their own when they fight off some Vampires that turn up at the hospital. Amanda teams up with Ravenwood and Steven in trying to find Fabian's stronghold. Amanda send's Ravenwood to retrieve their weapons as she and Steven Locates the stronghold and reviews his files and find out his ultimate plans of Turning people into Vampires. But the knowledge has it consequence when they have to fight their way out of the building full of Vampires. Once free, they are able to Inform Ravenwood about the plan and he heads to the water treatment plant to find the device and with the help of the staff at the plant. But they are ambushed by more Vampires and Ravenwood loses his fight for life.
Seven and Amanda are called to the Hospital because of a mass crowd gathering there. When they arrive, they realize it's has been over run by Vampires. A intense final battle begins and just when everything is looking bad for them, They are joined by another group of Vampire Hunters to help out. But Amanda is finally faced with a turned Ravenwood. And battle royal ensues, and just as Amanda is about to meet her end. Ravenwood saves her life and runs away. The nightmare is over for know.
Resolution - The Water has been decontaminated, and Steven is now Sheriff. Amanda Leaves town to received a Text from a old friend, " Are you on your way?" She replies 'Yes.' He Text back, "I'll be waiting".
