Synopsis:A tale told about one crazy day built up over a lifetime when Elise and her best friend Amy learn that their hero, author Tina Gold, is coming to their local bookstore. Over the course of several hours the girls find themselves accosted by Amy’s religious mother, thrown out of a radio station, robbed, and interrogated by the police, and this is all before they even get tickets!
