A down-on-his-luck rambler must go up against the mafia, the feds and various other sinister characters within the underbelly of Las Vegas in order to rescue his kidnapped ex-wife, make it out of town alive and hopefully come away with some of the mob’s cash.
Synopsis:Not too long ago, a man named Rock broke parole and booked it out to Vegas with his blushing new bride Rose in the hopes of kickstarting her dream of a singing career. Flash forward to the present, Rock's wife has left him, taken all their money, and to top it off he's been fired from his job as a strip club bouncer and had two month's wages docked to make up for money that Rose supposedly stole while she was stripping at the same club. All Rock wants is to leave Vegas for good, so he enlists his idiot savant buddy Levi to help reclaim those much needed stolen wages from the safe of his ex-boss, a larger than life redneck/narcotics dealer named the Big Okie.
Low and behold, the money actually belongs to the Okie's boss Faustino, the quick tempered head of the Las Vegas mafia. Okie fibs about how much money is missing, and now Rock and Levi have three days to accumulate fifty grand. When they come up short, Faustino tells them he will consider it even if they take out the garbage and kill the underperforming Big Okie.
To further complicate matters, Rose resurfaces in town, and a long dormant passion with Rock reignites guns a' blazing. No sooner can they renew their vows than the Okie has kidnapped her and forced Rock to help him pull one last big job on Faustino's heavily fortified vault in a casino on the Nevada-California state line. As a final icing on the cake, an undercover FBI agent in Faustino's mob conscripts Rock into helping the feds construct a massive bust of both Faustino and the Okie during the climactic casino heist.
Naturally, the big heist devolves into chaos, but Rock, Levi and Rose escape by the skin of their teeth. When Rock finds out that Rose was not kidnapped but willingly went along with the Okie's plan for money, he finally learns his lesson for good and ditches his old flame.
Before Rock and Levi part ways and head onto greener pastures, Rock pops the trunk of his car to reveal the nice chunk of change they secretly made off with from the heist.
Rock heads out into the unknown a happy man, a little wiser and a lot richer.
