Full synopsis
Synopsis: When tabloid journalist Jack Palmer wakes up in the morning, he realizes his downtown district has been changed drastically. Every living thing became an unmoving statue. Cars, buses, even skyscrapers hanging in midair. He is the only one who escapes alive.

After he is arrested by the NSA, he gets know that similar events happened in other parts of the country as well. There was a sole survivor in every other case too. At the same time, a commercial ship was hijacked by presumed terrorists who wanted to exchange their hostages for the survivors. Interestingly enough, they didn't want any money.

Jack and his fellow survivors get together to exchange ideas about their experiences and to participate in the naval rescue operation. On site, they immediately get the impression that this won't be a normal operation because the commercial vessel hovers at 100m high above the water!

Guided by a Navy Seals Unit, they embark on the vessel and try to find out who (or what) stands behind the seemingly supernatural events of the day. On board of the hovering ship a deadly battle begins. Finally, Jack and a couple of others has to fight against an inter-dimensional entity who wants to use the survivors in a very special way during his agenda to change the World forever.
