A psychological thriller about two girls. Aubrey, who's life and mind is falling apart and Rachel, who's life seems to skip like a CD player. As the two clash and begin to intertwine they learn each others fate is in the other's hand.

Synopsis: Rachel's life is skipping like a CD player, people seem to know her who she has never met, she is plagued with headaches, and she wake ups places confused and lost as to how she got there. As Rachel attempts to piece her life together any way she can, another girl Aubrey's life is spiraling out of control.

Aubrey is starting to hallucinate. She seeks out doctors for help, her preacher for an exorcism, only to be left with handfuls of pills, traumatic experiences and no help. Her hallucinations become worse as they begin talking back to her. Her only escape is her writing.

When Rachel finds a mysterious phone number in her pocket she decides to call it. Rachel starts meeting with this person and opens up about her life. But while she seems to have found a friend in this person something else is trying to communicate with her... and hurt her. She wakes up with notes scribbled down her arm and written on her face. Rachel tries to communicate back with no avail.

Aubrey sick with her doctors only giving her pills pushes them for different help, she is put under hypnosis but it finds nothing. Finally her doctor gives her the information of someone to call who may be able to help her in another way.

Rachel clashes with her landlord over late payment then gets in a bar fight during a pool tournament. She blacks out and wakes up in a strange place where she finds the writings of Aubrey.

Rachel's friend she meets with reveals that she is really a psychologist who as also been seeing Aubrey. She tells Rachel who and what she really is and how her and Aubrey are interconnected. And she has a solution to help them both get their lives back, but they will have to trust someone they have never met.

    Creative Notes:
    This version is my final draft of "Wake Up". There is a short scene added that was accidently left out of the rough draft, sound issues have been fixed, switched out some background music, and this version is slightly higher quality than the rough was.

    This is the rough draft of "Wake Up". Originally the idea was for this to be a short but I decided to make it a feature length movie for the Amazon Studios contest.
    It was shot in full HD but this version is dulled down for uploading it to the Internet.
