Synopsis
There are events, there are anomalies happening in our world that are completely beyond our understanding, and they can not be explained or classified with-in our universal laws of physics. As a result, we struggle with balance between two realms; that of the physical laws of science, and that of spirituality, our belief systems and concepts of God. There are complex fields of contemporary scientific study with the intention of bridging those two realms. There are on- going experiments resulting in theories by “out of the box” thinking physicists and cosmologists, trying to scientifically and mathematically provide scientific proof. Evidence that higher consciousness or the “cosmic divine” or “God” exists beyond our minds.
Dr. Jackson Chase, gifted Neurosurgeon, has an enormous responsibility. Jack and his three very skilled surgical teammates, have experienced a metaphysical anomaly beyond their comprehension. They are all significantly stunned, astonished and overwhelmed, and very conflicted in the wake of their shared experience. They have absolutely no idea what to do next. They have fear about going public and the negative repercussions to their thriving medical practices. As a result, they protect their experience by keeping it secret pending further research of its powerful nature and origin. Their decision, as it turns out, will cost lives.
A quantum physicist and medical doctor, Dr. Matt Lasater, has been chosen to lead the sequestered scientific investigation. Soon after the anomaly is explored, Dr. Lasater understands only one thing for certain; the power contained with-in its force is not in the physicist’s realm of understanding. It’s beyond anything that human kind can measure.
Jackson Chase knows for sure that his experience has changed him far beyond his own concept and understanding of himself. He has in the past, avoided being connected to only one women, but after his tremendous experiential shift, his emotional intelligence has grown exponentially. He now finds himself with uncontrollable desire to take his primal sexual passion for Caroline Lasater, (Dr. Matt Lasater’s daughter) to a much deeper emotional level, one he has never dared to explore. In contrast, he is also now in an unbelievable and painful position of responsibility as he starts to understand that he is being used as a conduit. He is faced with moral dilemmas that go far beyond that of a physician making life and death surgical decisions. He realizes now, that he has the power to save the life of any body he chooses. But the question stands, is it his choice, or that of the person who chooses to end their suffering and take the next leap of faith.
The surgical team is faced with incredible quandaries that bring them to question their moral oath as physicians and healers. Do you, out of fear contain the transformative forces or do you use it for the greater good of all mankind? Precious lives are not only being healed and saved, but gifted with the state of bliss. . . and then what happens next. . .is a matter of belief.
