Wings of Honor
In 1918, American pilots of the 14th Aero Pursuit Squadron fight for honor in the skies over France.

Synopsis:
Lieutenant Patrick Baynes arrives at the aerodrome of the 14th Aero Pursuit Squadron. He's new to the unit, but not to aerial combat. There’s immediate friction between Baynes and the leading ace of the group: Benjamin Hatter. Both are sure they’ll be the one to bring down the deadly German ace Vosser.
His first mission finds Baynes flying with Christian Menzel, a childhood friend, now a captain in the squadron. A rash decision in combat has tragic consequences and Baynes is lucky to survive his aerial encounter with Vosser.
Downed behind enemy lines, Baynes approaches Menzel’s crashed aircraft. There, he comes face to face with Vosser while the German ace is seeking confirmation of his most recent kill. Torn between revenge and a sense of honor, Baynes is swayed by Vosser’s words. They part, but not before Baynes has some surprising satisfaction.
Baynes’ near-deadly trip across no man’s land leads to an unexpected romance with nurse Olivia Lareau -- Hatter’s sometime-girlfriend. Baynes and Hatter will be forced to settle their differences on the ground, if either of them is to have any hope of besting Vosser in the air.
