When an overly ambitious and newly blossomed beauty is reintroduced to the crush who broke her heart in high school, she pursues a relationship with him to exact revenge, until her plan backfires when she falls in love with him...again.

Synopsis:
DABNEY ACRES is beautiful, successful and always has the perfect retort -- now. But in high school she was a too tall, too skinny smart girl that boys didn't want anything to do with. It is now her 10 year high school reunion and Dabney shows up ready to make KINGSLEY (the boy that broke her heart in high school) reel with jealousy and regret at the catch he missed out on.
Only Kingsley has only gotten better with age as well. The bald, fat, unemployed mess she was expecting is instead a very handsome, dapper real estate developer who not only has a fantastic hairline but seems to have matured into having a kind heart as well.
But Dabney feels revenge is owed to her and doesn't believe he is as perfect as he purports to be. So she uses her job as a local news reporter to infiltrate Kingsley's company to find some dirt and expose him publicly, resulting in the double whammy of restoring order as well as making him feel the pain he inflicted on her so many years ago.
Through dastardly manipulations that Dabney's conscience makes her fix and the opportunity to spend time together, Dabney realizes that Kingsley isn't the same boy who broke her heart in high school. He may actually be someone worthy of her love. But will the truth she learns about what REALLY happened in high school come too late for her to save his reputation, her job and their possible love?
