Synopsis: A group of friends are celebrating the engagement of Luke and Ashley when they see on the news that a domestic terrorist group has stolen nuclear material and has threatened to detonate a dirty bomb in Los Angeles. They gather at their friend Cole's house, whose father has a perfect replica of a 1950's fallout shelter. When a bomb goes off in downtown Los Angeles, they hurriedly enter the shelter with one of Cole's neighbors, which unbeknownst to them locks them in for two weeks. With no connection to the outside world or knowledge of the outcome of the explosion, tensions rise. As cabin fever sets in, the friends turn on one another with violent results.
