Synopsis: This is a romantic comedy about a ventriloquist, SETH, with one crucial mental defect. He sees his puppet, SALLY, as a real woman.

Things become complicated very quickly as their relationship changes from professional to personal. The romance between the two leads to some very awkward birthday parties, bizarre double dates, and eccentric heart to heart talks with Seth's worried older brother TYLER, who has enough problems with a business to run and a marriage on the way.

But the attachment becomes severed when a thief on a bicycle steals Sally. No real person, including Seth's frisbee golfing friends MIKE and ADAM, can console his loss. So Tyler takes drastic matters and gets his brother another puppet, MAGGIE, to replace Sally.

But the plan backfires as Maggie turns out to be a terrible influence on Seth, causing parties to be ruined, relationships to be snared, and vast quantities of alcohol to be found in Maggie's accessory items while Tyler and his fiance JEN'S wedding ticks closer and closer.

Seth's friends track down the thief and rescue Sally in a final attempt to help Seth before the wedding, but will two puppets at once be too much for Seth? Will this be enough to save the wedding from catastrophe? Will it return Seth back to normal, or will he stay in love with his puppets forever?

    Creative Notes:
    There were a lot of clunky sections of dialogue in the earlier version. I've gone through and removed over 30% of unnecessary talking in order to make the scenes read faster and more efficiently. The pacing and humor should be stronger as a result.
