Full synopsis
Synopsis: Sameer malhotra is a student in the final year of college. A happy-go-lucky guy, he lives with his dad, mom and sister. His dad who is a well known income tax officer is worried that his son is not serious with his life and keeps pressuring him for the same reason, but sameer does not heed his father. Life changes when anitha, daughter of a wealthy business man enters his life. In due course, they fall in love with each other and sameer starts to take his life seriously to be worthy of his love much to the surprise of his family. In one such situation, the college bully, ritesh tries to molest anitha but sameer saves her in the nick of time. Ritesh vows to avenge sameer for that humiliation.

Fate plays a horrible game with sameer when he is thrown out of the college for hacking into the college's system to download question papers 15 days before exam. Sameer knows he is been set up yet he has no proof. The principal avoids bringing in the police to preserve the name of the college but hands sameer a rustication notice. Sameer's life goes upside down as he is thrown out of his house. Anitha also disbelieves him and breaks up with him.

Left to fend for himself, sameer is rescued by govardhan and his family when they find him in an unconscious state on the road. Govardhan inspires sameer to accept this phase of life as a challenge to prove that he is not a sinner. Sameer then saves a woman suffering from fits. He befriends a man named damodar who works for an ambulance service company. Sameer requests damodar to give him any job in that company. Damodar who is already impressed with sameer's courage and determination persuades him to take the job of an ambulance driver. He tells him that just as he rescued an old man, there are 1000s out there that need an angel like him to save their lives by reaching the destination on time. Sameer agrees.

Sameer soon becomes the hero of the city by saving a lot of lives by his good driving skills and sheer determination to reach a nearby hospital on time to save a person who has met with an accident or is suffering from other illness. His fame reaches the commissioner of police who orders Inspector Ghadke to assign sameer and his team the responsibility of saving the home minister of the town in case he is injured. This order comes moments after the police officials are informed that the home minister's life is in danger during the meeting organized.

On the day of meeting, a group of armed men storm the meeting. The home minister is wounded in the attack. Sameer takes matters in his own hand as he rushes the home minister into his van along with the inspector ghadke. The van is followed closely by 3 jeeps with armed men but sameer once again shows off his courage and determination as he brings down the men and transports the minister to a nearby hospital to safety. The rescue mission is shown live on TV much to the surprise of sameer's family and anitha.

Anitha, sameer's mom and sister meet up with sameer to mend their relation and bring some hope in proving that sameer is innocent. Sameer is angry with them for not believing in him at that time when he needed them the most. He tells them to leave him alone and go away. Sameer's mother and sister are heartbroken and walk away.

When anitha is about to leave, sameer stops her and requests her to take care of his family even if it didn't mean anything to her. Anitha then realizes that sameer was all the while acting that he was angry. She vows to sameer that whatever happens, she will prove to the world that sameer is innocent.

Anitha then goes to meet ritesh with whom her marriage was fixed. She then overhears a conversation between ritesh and his friends where she learns that it was ritesh who set sameer up. His father, Mr. juneja was also involved with the assassination of the home minister but sameer had foiled it during the function organized by the home minister. anitha immediately conveys this to sameer's family. Sameer's father is ashamed at himself for disbelieving his son. He meets up with sameer and conveys the news. Sameer is happy for the first time after a few months and comes back home with his father.

The next day, damodar and govardhan informs sameer that both anitha and her father have been kidnapped. Sameer knows that it is ritesh who is behind this and gets in touch with inspector ghadke. Together they form a plan to infiltrate the hideout where Mr. juneja and his son, ritesh have kept anitha and her father. The inspector along with 9 armed men wait inside sameer's van while a sniper shoots ritesh injuring him. The plan works as sameer brings the van inside the hideout and the inspector along with his men guns down all the hooligans inside the building. Mr. Juneja refuses to surrender forcing inspector ghadke to order the men to kill him. Mr. Juneja is brutally killed much to the sorrow of ritesh who in turn surrenders to the police for his wrong doings.

Sameer is at last cleared of his charge and gets back his seat at the college with the principal apologizing for his action. Sameer feels he has learnt a lot from the phase he went through and decides to open an ambulance service company of his own after he completes his education.

    When we call someone a hero, then we are talking about a person who has faced a lot of challenges to reach the pinnacle of success and be called a hero. The person may not be the most powerful on earth yet the person is the one that motivates others to achieve the impossible. Here is a story of one such hero who is just another common man like us.
