Synopsis:
Vincent Ricci wants to forget the past, but returning home after twenty years in prison he finds his neighborhood drowning in drugs and violence, and the man he went away to protect is responsible. Officer Monique Wilkins wants to believe in the system, but after her pursuit of a heroin shipment gets an informant killed, she can’t ignore the fact that all the evidence points back to her partner.
An ex-con and a cop fighting a drug racket that’s on both sides of the law, Vincent and Monique make an alliance to get the heroin off the streets the only way they know how- by stealing it. With a brutal mobster, a cabal of dirty cops, and a vicious hit man all coming after them, it’s clear this unlikely team is turning the city upside down, the only question is whether they can make it to the end without turning on each other.
