Blood Money ~ Payback Time

Learning his 14 yr-old grand-daughter was sold into sex slavery and murdered, a dying Tycoon promises to leave his entire multimillion dollar fortune to an Ex-Secret Service Agent (whose child was raped & murdered) for hunting down & killing as many Pedophiles as he can find

Synopsis: Nick Sanders is an alcoholic living in a skid row hotel. His wife Lisa has divorced him & recently committed suicide because she blamed him for losing track of their little girl in a mall... who was later found raped & murdered by a repeat offender pedophile.

An ex-secret service Agent, Nick gets a last chance to get his life back together when his friend Jack, an LAPD Detective, arranges an interview for him with R. O. Anderson, a dying Tycoon.

Anderson offers Nick a jod to find his missing 14-year-old grand daughter, Sara, his only heir. Nick accepts the job, cleans up his act and soon makes the grim discovery that Sara had become a drug addict; was sold into prostitution as a sex slave at a Chinatown brothel and has recently been murdered.

Now with no living heirs, Anderson wants revenge. He opens an off-shore bank account for Nick; and offers to pay him $50K per kill for hunting down and killing every pimp, pusher and pedofile that was even remotely connected to Sara's downward spiral and death. If Nick can get to the men who ran the Brothel, Anderson will leave Nick a large portion of his multi-million dollar fortune.

Having been in the Special Forces before working in the Secret Service, Nick unites with Hunter, an edgy Black Ops Combat Vet & techno-expert living under the radar in the warehouse district of LA. Hunter shares Nick's deep hatred of pedophiles, as his own young son suffered a similar fate as Nick's little girl.

The two men join forces to hunt down and execute the men who ran the brothel. In the process Nick learns about the money man behind the scene; a mysterious international businessman who owns a house on the beach in Malibu and is the silent partner behind a company that operates child pornography websites and offers over-seas sex tours for pedophiles.

As their escalating reign of violent terror against child molesters and perverts expands, Nick begins to find clues leading to the silent partner and also the man who murdered Sara, Anderson's grand-daughter.

Creative Notes:

I'm a big fan of the hard-boiled characters in the Film Noir films produced in the 40's. This story was conceived, written & wrapped around a bunch of Locations in LA I've used in the past; and a "tip of the hat" to all those involved with those Big Studio/Low Budget gems that have awed audiences and inspired film makers around the world. "Aren't ya gonna run, Swede?" "Naw, I'm through running."
