People who sign up for the Hungover Nite-Owls parties are promised a hell of a time. Ben Reese and his friends are currently in that hell. Trapped in an abandoned building, they'll need the help of a band of vampire hunters to stay off the menu.
Synopsis:Vampires are creatures driven by hunger and desire. They are fast, powerful, deadly... and always adapting. One clan has found it much easier to lure prey en masse as opposed to hunting one-at-a-time. All they need is an internet connection, and the promise of a free bar.
Ben Reese gets dragged to a Hungover Nightowls flash party by his roommate, John Yoder, in an attempt to get him to bust out of his wallflower ways. While there, Ben encounters Angie, a college student who has spent the last month as the Vampires' captive/snack. Angie manages to warn Ben in time to save his life as the vampires spring their trap.
Surrounded by vampires, Ben and his friends have only two things working to help them: A group of vampire hunters (Arthur, Cali, and Andrew), and a revolt being planned by the vampire second-in-command.
This was the most recent revision. I submitted it to the Dark Carnival Film Festival's Screenwriting Competition in the fall of 2009. Sadly, it did not claim first prize.
