A psychotic cowboy holds an up and coming celebrity for ransom.
Synopsis:
A LAPD narc with a cop brother on the lam, travels through a small, Utah town and is picked up for an abuction he didn't commit. He works with the local police chief and the woman's traveling friends to break open the case.
