Four American kids that barely get along are thrust into ancient China by magical device where they find themselves defending the young heir to the Chinese throne from a shadowy usurper and his army of statue warriors.
Synopsis:Unconfident Arri, adventure-hungry Duncan, tomboy Megan, and mean-spirited Kenny are thrown back in time to the night of the assassination of the first emperor of China. Now, the young heir to the Chinese throne needs help if he is to succeed his father. Taki, the mystical protector of the emperor, implores Arri and his friends whom he believes are spirit guardians, to find out who is using a sect of deadly Shadow warriors and the raw power of an army of statue warriors to overthrow the fledgling emperor. Sporting new found gifts that seem inadaquate to perform their deadly task, the kids soon discover that unless they succeed in rooting out the betrayer of the throne and restore balance to China, they will never see home again.
