Synopsis: America is gripped with the fear of Don Chirico's Frank-N-Stein. Their criminal acts have surpassed the boundary of forgiveness. They must be stopped at any cost or else people would lose faith in god.

A brave detective takes up the mantle to face them only to find himself falling in love for the victim of a Frank-N-Stein crime.
