Synopsis:The son of John Fisher, who is the doctor of medicine, dies of the accelerated ageing syndrome (progeria). John swears that he will find the way of treatment for this disease and in twenty years he invents a vaccine.
The results of test on animals show, that the vaccine is capable to slow down or speed up the process of ageing. All this attracts investigation agents from different countries, who want to steal the vaccine and use it in military purposes. In the meantime John falls in love with a journalist whose name is Anna.
Anna – a thirty-year old brunette is John’s former neighbor in Washington. Anna fell in love with John when she was 5. Their dinner at restaurant ends up in bed where John finds out, that he became an impotent because of long abstention.
In the meantime Leo (John’s young, greedy, artful, but silly assistant) tries to sell the vaccine to foreign states special services agents. FBI ruins Leo's plans and arrests him.
During Leo's arrest John accidentally injects himself a huge doze of the vaccine. He thinks that he will die of it, but the vaccine does not kill, and on the contrary it rejuvenates him...
