Synopsis:
Sergeant Hayden Finn and his new partner, Detective Ryan Kershaw, stumble on a bizarre series of murders while investigating a cab driver's random shooting. As the investigation lures them deeper and deeper into the world of department politics, hidden secrets and unsolved murders, Kershaw becomes the prime suspect in "The Red Phantom Killings"
