Synopsis:Romeo & Juliet is the quintessential love story. A boy and a girl fall in love. Their families hate each other and it all ends in double suicide. However, what most people tend to forget is that before Romeo ever met Juliet, he was in madly in love with Rosaline. In fact, the only reason he goes to the masquerade party (where he sees Juliet for the first time) is to win Rosaline back. We decided it's time for the world to find out more about the girl who broke Romeo's heart.
Meet Rosaline. She's a heartbreaking, earthshaking, sixteen-year-old girl that has the world -- and men -- on a string. Thrown out of her hometown because of scandal, she arrives in Verona and meets Romeo, the male version of herself. It seems that Rosaline is the only female immune to his considerable charms and because of this fact she is convinced (for the sake of all women) to teach Romeo a lesson by seducing him and then breaking his heart. Through masterful manipulation, Rosaline attempts to orchestrate her love life and the love lives of everyone around her, inadvertently becoming the force that drives the events in Romeo & Juliet.
