Creator: Howard Wen
Age rating: 13 and older

    Creative Notes:
I foresee a 12 or 13 episode season. This bible proposes loglines for the first 7 episodes, including the pilot. Most of these would be episodic/self-standing to help new/unfamiliar viewers become easily acquainted with the show. But episodes 8 to 13 would then start tying together previously mentioned plot elements into a serialized arc to build things toward a climatic season finale.
