The cinematographer has great shot variation, depth of field and framing. It's also very nicely edited and it lets you appreciate the well composed shots.

I like the premise, however the director spends too much time with the narrators exposition. I really want to see these characters come to life more. The parts where the characters are speaking and the gun shot scene are the strongest part. If you cut out some of the narration I think it will be much stronger, show me, don't tell me.

Overall a very nice piece, well shot, interesting and fun.

The cinematography and editing of this piece are superb. After about four minutes I found it difficult to continue as the narration seemed to just go on. At that point I found myself skipping through the film. The remainder still contained lovely visual moments but still the narrator continued. What I wanted was to get into hearing the characters talk to me or even see scenes unfold without a voice over explaining everything. Because of this there seemed to be a barrier between me (as the audience) and the characters I wanted to engage with. Allow the characters to unravel the story like an onion being peeled back to reveal more and more, so the audience is enticed in. The landscapes and locations are visually stunning and are used well.

Well Shot. Somewhat creepy. All in all a good short film. Too bad they don't give awards for shorts, this would do well. For someone who has not composed for a film before, the music was well crafted for the project.
