Entertaining.
The story reminds me of a type of Indiana Jones or National Treasure adventure. The story is a bit long and drags in some spots, but overall, it is entertaining.

Did a quick scan of your January, 2011 semi-finalist and I think you have a cool script, brother-man.
I'd do a quick table read, if I were you, just for the hell of it.
I think if you do that, you might figure out a way to cut it down from 122 pages to 110 or so.
I don't think the problem is with a few long monologues, I like those, they provide needed exposition, but rather you might fuse or lose a few bits of visual exposition if you find redundancy.
Overall, I like your style and I like the infusion of real dialogue, like Churchill's speech.
