More About Me

I’ve been writing and creating since just a wee little girl. I absorbed images, sounds and tactile sensations like a sponge, like any child. But, certain things stuck, transformed and inspired me to want to shout my own words and scrawl my own drawings on the wall.

My first screenplay, The Andy Griffith X-Mas Special, was directed by me and performed by members of my second grade class. It was filled with various kinds of bathroom humor and the acting was sub par. I blame this on the director. But, reviews were favorable and it pushed me forward.

Over the last four years, I've been taking a more serious role in trying to get my writing out into the world, entering various festivals and even turning a few of my written shorts into films. I plan on continuously churning out written pages until my hand falls off... or, until someone pays me enough to stop writing and go live on some tropical island.

Excelsior is a fun and hilarious geek driven romp! It's an easy read, with great characters and a well laid out plot. Being a comic book geek, I really enjoyed the dialogue and the comic book convention scenes. Great job!

This screenplay has a bit of everything, humor, whimsy and even some romance! It definitely has that throwback feel to some of the best comedies from the 80's, but it holds its ground in originality. The characters are both relatable and outrageous, and the story will leave you happily entertained. Great read!
