I really love the premise of this film, and the script almost bears out the promise of it. It's pretty taut, with great suspense and good chase stuff. My primary suggestion to the writer would be to consider if the current starting and ending points are the best places to start and end this story. More specifically, consider starting the story immediately after the main characters have made the decision to stop trying to conceive with medical intervention, rather than immediately before.
The dialogue needs some work. Other than that, the characters and their struggles totally work for me. I love that we never know if Skylar has made the right choice, although I'd like the story to end more immediately before she learns the outcome of her decisions.
There is a character who dies, and I'd rather he not. There is a betrayal and a reversal that work just fine for me. There are, I suspect, moments of silence/emotion for our characters that are not quite indicated (and so leave a scene or a moment feeling more abrupt than is intended).
But ultimately, all that is small stuff. What I really want is to sit in a dark theatre with an embarrassingly large bucket of popcorn, and this movie on the screen.
