it is of some interest but the action drags and many of the chaaracters are niot identifiable and some are without believability.

Many of the scenes and much of the dialogue are unbelievable. Also, the premise of the movie is not clearly made. Who did what and when? Action drags. I was not tied to any character and really didn't care what happened to them.
