What's to say? I love movies and I love writing. Why Amazon would start a film studio baffles me, but I'm thankful that they did as I've exhausted my industry connections in Roswell, GA. I welcome the chance to have my work read by someone other than my wife and younger brother, who both insist that Caddyshack and / or Breakin 2: Electric Bugaloo are the best movie(s) ever made. And, I look forward to collaborating with others on their projects.

Greatly Improved

Erica, Maria - I think the 3rd act is greatly improved. The cool part of this collaboration has been seeing how different choices play out - I really like your whole introduction of the Dracula mythology and how you tie it up. Nicely done.

A worth successor to Dr. Strangelove?

I love Kubrick and Sellers - Dr. Strangelove was a very important movie to me. My understanding and appreciation of it has deepened over the years. When I read you script, I immediately recognized the same kind of smart, observant and nuanced humor. I don't make the comparison lightly, but because of the quality of JGs work. That isn't to say that ZH isn't orginal - because it absolutely is. But, it shares a common sensibility with Strangelove and that won me over.
I encourage everyone to read this script. If you're a fan of topical, smart comedy - you'll love this script. It's truly a gem here at Amazon and I predict will do very well.

Really Good Children's Fantasy

Brad you did a wonderful job. Formatting and mechanical issues aside, you wrote an imaginative and epic story that reminded me of classics such as The Never Ending Story and The Princess Bride without being derivative. This is a big movie and a world I think children and adults will want to visit over and over again. Well done!

Really cool take...

I knew Erica and Maria would have an interesting and original take on this story. I like a lot of where you've taken the story, Amy's journey and the antagonist. I'm not going to reveal more than that... Everyone should read for themselves! :-)
