I started writing in 2005 after getting out of the service with a story called STAR WARS Interim. This was a fan film I was writing for fun. Then in 2008 I started my epic story called THE SACRED. Since then I have been writing many shorts and other features.

This was an exciting and thrilling read. Identity Theft. Not only is this a major issue in our society today which Robert has beautifully underlined and left a huge exclamation mark for the audience but it is the first script I have ever read which talks about this issue as well. It does remind me of ENEMY OF THE STATE with Will Smith.

I couldn’t stop reading once the action started which is right at the beginning! It was well written, Witty & well thought out. The Character of Jason was a very solid character with well established characteristics. I would hope at some point to see this on the big screen.

A MUST READ!

Well Done Robert.

Very fast past! This is an exciting fast past Action movie. I liked that the author took just enough time to set the stage before thrusting us into action. This movie I would go and see in the cinema. It has all the makings to be an international thriller.

First let me say...WOW. I read the first or second draft and was making my notes when I saw you had already advanced to Draft six. So I down loaded it and WOW. My notes are no longer needed. This movie would make a great film. It reminds me on Chariots of fire in many ways. It is also very apparent that you have experience in this field. I really enjoyed the read. I didn't initially think I would but it was AMAZING. Thank you so much for asking me to read it. I love uplifting stories of triumph.

The only reason I gave the dialog four out of five stars is that Dialog is subjective. It can always be made better.

GREAT JOB!
Sorry it took so long to get it to you.

This script is a GREAT start. I can see where it is headed. It needs a lot of work but is a NEW twist on the whole Zombie concept. I loved the fact that it isn't your typical zombies killing dumb and stupid zombie idea. This is an intriguing story. It is only 28 pages but the story is in tack and simply needs to be extended and complicated a bit more.

This script was an absolute surprise and a joy to read. I have had many years of researching Vampires and the occult. I have studied Vladamir The Impaler and Dracula. Bram Stokers Dracula was an inspiration to my-SAGA story. It is always a tricky thing to create a story around some other piece of lore. We either succeed or we fail miserably.

That having been said I say "BRAVO good sir BRAVO"

This was one of the most fun and exciting scripts, based around Dracula I have ever read.

1. PREMISE: The premise is brilliant to say the least. When I first saw it was based around Renfield I thought "REALLY?" I mean it's Renfield. But you created something that I couldn't stop reading. It was engaging and intellectual. Not easy to do. So 5 stars to you sir.

2. STORY STRUCTURE: The story structure I gave a four. NOT because it was lacking but there were times I saw the story could have gone in a different direction. That is not a bad thing simply that you have other options you could explore if you wished. It is great as is though. I loved how you brought it full circle to the beginning of Bram Stokers Dracula.

NOTE: I am interested in the SCROLL and in your story where Vampire came from, and to know what exactly they refer to. This is my own personal interest as it referenced 1200 years prior. I have done something sorta similar and so the parallel is what interests me.

3. CHARACTERS: The characters were outstanding. It was obvious you also have done some homework on the subject. The characters where believable and fun to read.

4. DIALOG: The time period language was almost right on. There were only a couple of places I thought you may have jumped back to new English. I MAY BE MISTAKEN - I'm not a linguist.

5. EMOTION: I felt this script was engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed the ending and the sacrifice Renfield makes for his love. This story is not only exciting but a great love story.

So I say again..."BRAVO good sir BRAVO"!

Over all this was a great story. I too loved the twist at the end. I only have a couple of notes. Please feel free to take them or leave them.

1. Your dialog was good. However the reader needs to see more. You can actually add a lot more action. (Action can also be description of location) It doesn't have to me a lot. a look a glance even an emotion about something someone said or did or elaborate on the location and lighting. . You did have some emotion and that is something usually you only add into a script for the actor. However remember people are going to be reading this initially and we want to know what the characters think and feel. Granted that may change when the filming starts but now this is for the reader.

2. Emotionally this story hit me in a good way. I enjoyed it very much and initially didn't think I would. Especially the end.

3. I would also suggest if you have some friends who are willing to do a read through. You may find parts that don't necessarily work or you may be inspired to change something based on the script read. It is always a good thing to do a read through before you finalize your script. I have on many occasions found that something that worked in my head sounds different once others read through it in front of me. That is where we often time find the week links. I'm NOT insinuating that there are any just that you may find that tool helpful.

NOTE: During the script read you do not read just listen and observe. That way you can catch all the nuances and see it from the audience perspective.

It was a GREAT start and inspired story.
