Being a fan of CREEPSHOW and all those, I'd love to see such a film. Reminds me of my own horror anthology script. The exterminator segment probably being the one that most interests me. The use of commercials make for a TV viewing experience very much like watching those old anthology shows. The actual movie, if ever made, should include fake commercials and trailers. But I suppose that might get in the way of the wraparound story with the fan boys. Just a neat idea.

I love the experience of this actually being a TV show. Anyone think fake commercials should be in the film?

I'll let you know I don't review much, if ever. I actually expected a screenplay, but this seems to have been written as a kind of Short Story.

Darrin Clark is a young man working an office job, but still lives at home. Darrin quits his job and jumps at the opportunity to create a new identification and enroll at a school to start over. It never really explains what kind of future he wants, just that high school will give it to him I guess. Unless I missed something.

Somehow this magically improves his life and social skills until (obviously) there are problems. A couple for example are that he wants to join the basketball team but for some reason he's afraid to take a physical. I never joined the basketball team when I was in school, so why does he need one and why would he be afraid to have one? There's a female student who takes a romantic interest in him, but we learn little to nothing about her other than her wanting to date him, and really this plot point goes nowhere. It's only touched on briefly, but Darrin most likely avoids her for the obvious legal issue involved. I'll assume she's under 18 years of age.

Despite being labeled as a comedy, this "script" I'm afraid to say isn't even funny. I noticed maybe a few "jokes" here and there, but I wasn't laughing.

I won't deny I enjoy bad films. Maybe this idea could work better if it were actually written as a full length screenplay, and better expanded on, but then again it would probably just turn out like the others of this apparent "adults going back to high school" subgenre like BACK TO SCHOOL and the criminally underrated HIDING OUT.

Not much of a reviewer. Some moments are funny, though there's no need to joke for the readers. People watching the film won't notice that.
