I thought the premise is extremely interesting, even to the last minute of the movie. If I were thinking about that alone, I'd be all for it. Unfortunately, everything else about the movie felt... rushed, I guess. I understand that there's a certain amount of suspension of belief needed for every movie. For this movie, however, some things were simply unbelievable. Where's the development? With the exception of Blue, everyone else was poor defined as a character. I don't know, or really even care about, who the rest of them were. Or their motivations. And the love story aspect? Where was the emotional development? Or the emotions at all? Ok, you say they're in love. But why? And when? Does she fall in love with him simply because, at that time, she could touch him? And because the emotion was so lacking, the dialogue the two would-be love birds was awful. I liked it but, as it stands, if I spent money on it in the theaters I would tell everyone I knew not to bother and to wait for DVD. And then to rent, not buy.
