Clever and entertaining. The tale of Tad's tail is original and funny. An ordinary high school setting is anything but ordinary, thanks to the characters. Their contrast is exceptional. Shy Tad makes two friends at his new school, Tommy the wisecracking tomboy with spunk and Stu, the small, nerdy kid that everyone picks on. Details sprinkled throughout add depth. Particularly like the throughline of Stu and the egg science experiment. Could be a big hit with the 18-25 demographic. Most enjoyable story.

Compelling and entertaining story that has something for everyone. Lots of action getting up close and personal with football; political turmoil that culminates in the end of apartheid; the power of friendship. Visual locations such as the football fields, the petrol station, and the towns of Soweto and Johannesburg have impact. Characters are well developed and interesting.
So much heart...

An original and entertaining story. Scenes unfold nicely one after another.

Introducing Spanish bull fighting terminology with the English translation is helpful and does not distract from an easy read. The action scenes in the bullrings are well written and visual, without interjecting too much blood and sweat that's obviously prevalent in this sport. Angela's movements in slow-motion are like a dance between her and the bulls.

The appeal of this screenplay is the premise: "The world's first officially ordained Matadora." Angela Hernandez's struggle from her impoverished childhood to being accepted in the male-dominated bullfighting world is unique and uplifting.
