About
I am the writer of a young adult novel series about a young pirate girl called "Little Jane Silver." The second book in the series, "Little Jane and the Nameless Isle" is coming out fall 2012. I went to school for screenwriting at the University of Southern California. Beside stories featuring my original characters and scenarios I have written a number of spec scripts, including a Dr. Who multi-episodic arc. I am also a comic book artist and do most of the drawings for my promotional materials.

Depends on my mood! But I can tell you what I don't like. Anything involving legions of CGI armies fighting each other. A real dramatic cinematic fight is one between two individuals with a lot to lose, not faceless masses of orcs or aliens.
Influences
In terms of screenwriters, I am a big fan of Leigh Brackett, the original writer of Empire Strikes Back. She was also a science fiction writer and wrote a number of films for Howard Hawks. I also really like William Nicholson.
