Synopsis: A determined government agent recruits a group of terminally ill people with nothing to lose to assassinate the leader of a shadow organization bent on creating a new world order and starting a new Cold War.

Average American, untrained terminally ill individuals must stop a plot to devastate American and Russian military bases in Europe, thereby destroying relations between Russia and the West and creating a new Cold War. Trained by the agent known only as Mr. Griffin the Terminals must work together to eliminate the leader of the Shanghai Six.

For years conspiracy theorists have believed that The CIA and other Government agencies have recruited terminally ill people with nothing to lose to do their dirty work (i.e. Jack Ruby killing Lee Harvey Oswald). They are recruited to eliminate those that are a threat to Democracy and the American way of life.

The mysterious 2nd Chance Foundation led by “Mr. Griffin” recruits these “Terminals”. The Terminals could be from any walk of life; a young mother, a middle-aged salesman, an artist, a veteran, or even a priest. They are all types of people from all walks of life. These people all have one thing in common; they are dying, and all are given the same offer; join the 2nd Chance Foundation, work for them and do whatever they ask. In return their families will be set for life.

How do people react when approached to join a secret agency and perform high risk missions in the last days of their life? Even to protect their country or support their family?

The 2nd Chance Foundation receives its funding and direction from “The Board” a cabal of ultra-powerful men whose goal is a new world order run by them.

The villains are members of the Shanghai 6, an organization run by a collection of Governments (Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan) (based off the real world Shanghai Cooperation Organization) working towards their own version of a new world order.
