Much of this off-road movie is based on the true stories of rally participants I interviewed in the early 1990's while I lived in Cairo, Egypt. That's when I wrote the first draft of this script. I wanted to bring the audience into the rally car, so they felt like a passenger. Unfortunately, what I envisioned as a movie, back then, was technically too difficult to achieve. But with the recent advancements in audio and video/digital technology, those dreams can now become a reality. The compact, RED One camera, for example, can put the viewer in the co-pilot seat of a 4X4 and let them experience the awe of riding through a dune field in stunning high definition. It even opens up the possibility of shooting this in 3D.

So, I now submit this project for Amazon Studio's consideration.

Thanks,
