Loss and Retribution

Creator: Dale Crowe
Genre: Drama
Age rating: 13 and older
This is an LGBT themed drama about two young men from a small Washington State island community in 1971. One is a good student planning to go into the Special Forces, the other is into Glam rock and film noir. Prejudice and a tragic loss lead to violent retribution.
Synopsis: Chris, a clean cut student from a small island community in Washington State is all set to graduate from High School and begin a career in the Army. He plans to follow in the footsteps of his favorite uncle, a former Special Forces soldier who lives nearby. His plans are disrupted when he meets Lincoln, a fellow Senior at his school. Lincoln is almost an exact opposite, an effeminate, Glam Rock loving, vibrant and outgoing Film Club wonk with visions of Hollywood and glitter... lots of glitter... in his head.
The two find themselves in a relationship that is forbidden and dangerous in the early 70's and they soon find themselves facing religious and cultural prejudice at it's ugliest. When it becomes deadly, retribution stalks the Island community's streets.

"All most people want from those around them is equality. If they can't get equality, they seek justice.
If justice is denied for too long, they'll settle for retribution."
