After seeing this was given five stars, I was anxious to read it. The more good scripts I read, the more education I get on the craft of screenwriting. But this was a total disappointment.

In my opinion, it's a bad script to start with but with the graphic violence and gore such as zombies eating people's heads, the explicit sex in the beginning (and perhaps later on because I didn't read the entire thing), this would never make it past a very limited release to a few theaters, if that. The rating would have to be X or NC17. And IF it went directly to a video, there would have to be considerable editing. These issues need consideration and to be addressed if the writer wants to move this script. Producers are in this game for money and if he or she's limited on where a movie can be shown, he'll think twice before buying and making it.

I thought the structure was bad. There were no page numbers, several spaces in between some of the dialogue which, incidentally, was clunky, misspelled words, long action descriptions.

I try to find some good points to write about even if I don't like a script, but I simply couldn't in this one. Obviously I disagree with the other reviewer. He may be right and I'm wrong, but that's my opinion for what it's worth.

A zombie movie never gets old and while some may think it has been overdone, this reader feels like a new voice and a new writer/director can blow fresh air into an old time tested genre. I felt the influence of Night of the Living Dead. Some formatting issues that can be easily fixed but I believe well drawn characters are the heart of any great screenplay and this already has that going.
